Back Cover: Black with inverted prism. The EMI logo is in the upper left corner, and the catalog number and the Supraphon logo are in the upper right corner. In the lower left corner is the song listing. In the lower right are the credits.

Insert: A single sheet insert, written in Czech, about Pink Floyd by Petr Doruzka.
Labels: Orange Supraphon label, with the EMI logo at the top next to the Supraphon logo. Above the center hole it says: Gramofonovy Klub. To the left of the center hole is the number E 4090.
