Release Information: Although this is a stereo LP, the mix was taken from a quadraphonic master.

Front Cover: Blue-green cover. Matt. Picture of a prism on a dark green or black background. In the upper left corner is a printed sticker. In the upper right corner it says AMIGA, Stereo 8 55 667.
Back Cover: White with a prism. On the upper half are liner notes from Gottfried Schmiedel (1979). On the lower half are the tracklisting and credits. At the bottom it says "Mikrorillenplatten nur mit einem Mikro- oder Stereoabtaster abspielen. Für Stereoplatten (auch bei Monowiedergabe)nur einen Stereo-Tonabnehmer verwenden. Release Information: Intershop edition reissue. Intershops were shops in East Germany that West German visitors were allowed to visit for the purpose of shopping. Quadraphonic (West German EMI sent quad mixes to an East German pressing plant in Babelsberg near Berlin, where the LP was mastered and pressed). Pre-manufactured West German Dark Side of the Moon album covers were used, but the catalog number was changed to F 666 218. This F 666 number can also be found on the record label, along with an AWA logo (AWA means Anstalt zur Wahrung der Aufführungsrechte, which is the East German equivalent of West German GEMA).
Test Pressing: A test pressing of this album has white labels with the words "Unverkäufliche Musterplatte" at the top, and the catalog number stamped in red ink on the label.

Release Information: Intershop edition reissue with a AWA-logo and the catalog number F 667 330/1.
Test Pressing #1: A single-disc test pressing of the first two sides was pressed with white "Unverkaeufliche Musterplatte" labels, and the number 198-63-410-1/198-63-410-2 stamped in red letters, and the date 18.Dez.1980 on both side stamped in blue letters. The name "Pink Floyd" is handwritten on the label along with remarks by the tester.
Test Pressing #2: A second test pressing was made with no cover and a blue label with silver letters. At the top of the label is "Unveräufliche Musterplatte ST 33 F 668 330/1." At the bottom of the label it says "Pink Floyd THE WALL." The matrix numbers are: 1C 198-63410-1A / 1C 198-63410-2A / 1C 198-63411-3A / 1C 198-63411-4A. Text around bottom edge of the label starts at 10 o'clock at says: VEB DEUTSCHE SCHALLPLATTEN.ALLE HERSTELLER- UND URHEBERRECHTE VORBEHALTEN. Release Information: Intershop edition reissue with a AWA logo and the catalog number F 668 014.
Test Pressing: A white label "Unverkaeufliche Musterplatte" test pressing was made with a blank cover with 668 014 stamped in red in the top left corner. The label is white. On side 1 is a red stamp: 668-014-, a blue stamp: 28.OKT.1982, and "Pink Floyd A Collection" handwritten. Side 2 has a red stamp: 668-014-, and a blue stamp: 28.OKT.1982.
Description:
Front Cover: A dancing couple in a field. Glossy.
Back Cover: Black with tracklisting in the upper half. Above the tracklisting is the number F 668 014. In the lower left corner are the Harvest and EMI/ELECTROLA logos. To the right of the logos is a photo with the man and woman from the front cover standing behind jets and metronomes.
