Labels: Black Columbia label with silver text, and a blue "Columbia Records Magic Notes Trademark" at the top, and a blue "Columbia" in the center.
Underneath the blue "Columbia" it says "Owned by the Gramaphone Company Ltd."

Description: Gatefold sleeve.
Front Cover: Black with prism. Includes a removable Pink Floyd sticker in the top right hand corner.
Inside Cover: Black with heart beat line and lyrics. SSL in lower left corner.
Inner Sleeve: White inner sleeve with corners clipped. "Care of Your Record" in rectangle at top, and "Important Notice" in a rectangle at the bottom. "Made in Great Britain" and patent number at the very bottom.
Inserts:
1) Pyramid Poster: Blue pyramid. Matte. There is no catalog number on the poster.
2) Group Poster: A six-pane group shot poster in landscape style with "SHVL 804" in the bottom right corner. Matte.
3) Stickers: Issued with two stickers, one yellow and one brown.
. . a) Brown graphics sticker: A brown/dark blue/yellow/green self-adhesive sticker with Dark Side of the Moon graphics. Matte. The backing paper is tan with 45 degree angled diagonal stripes of dark brown from the top to bottom, and "FasPrint Permanent," and "Crack Back Patented" on the paper. There is no catalog number on the sticker.
. . b) Yellow graphics sticker: A yellow/sky blue/green self-adhesive sticker with Dark Side of the Moon graphics. Matte. The backing paper is tan with 45 degree angled diagonal stripes of dark brown from the top to bottom, and "FasPrint Permanent," and "Crack Back Patented" on the paper. There is no catalog number on the sticker.
